System-wide Service outage.
At 9:15 AM on February 10, 2025 the Office of Technology experienced a problem with Qualtrics and E.Flo MD.
We believe there is a system-wide service outage affecting some WSU resources, such as E.Flo MD and Qualtrics. We are gathering more information and will post more as soon as we know.
For those unable to access E.Flo MD, learning event resources for today are on Slack.
We will update you shortly.
The issue was resolved at 9:30 AM. Teams are still monitoring the situation. If you experience a problem with E.Flo MD or Qualtrics, please let us know.
