• REDCap project consultation and build support
  Guidance on translating study protocols into well‑structured, secure REDCap projects that align with regulatory and data governance requirements.
• Technical troubleshooting and optimization
  Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to branching logic, calculations, surveys, longitudinal and repeating instruments, user access, and other advanced REDCap functionality.
• Training and education
  Researcher training through live Zoom sessions, one‑on‑one consultations, and access to a curated library of high‑quality REDCap educational resources.
