UWorld offers a question bank with more than 3,600 USMLE Step 1 preparation questions at or above exam-level difficulty. The questions are paired with in-depth, visual answer explanations, and are organized by subject and system to help you configure and track your performance.
Medical Library
UWorld’s Medical Library contains more than 1,300 peer-reviewed and evidence-based articles, which further support student learning and studying. This library covers high-yield topics from basic sciences to clinical medicine, detailing their pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment.
