Issue with E.Flo MD, Qualtrics, and Other Applications
WSU’s authentication service (Shibboleth), which is used by applications such as E.Flo MD and Qualtrics, has been experiencing problems since April 15, 2022, at 7:32 AM. Users were unable to access E.Flo MD, Qualtrics, and other applications.
The Office of Technology reported the issue to University IT. The issue was resolved at 8:26 AM, and services were restored.
