Spokane IT and Pullman IT maintenance scheduled:
Spokane IT, in partnership with Pullman IT, will perform critical network maintenance to refresh the campus network core, firewall, and border router services.
Date: March 15, 2023 and March 16, 2023
Time: 8:00 PM–12:00 AM (both nights)
What to expect: During the scheduled maintenance, customers can expect a full outage to the internet and campus services.
During business hours, services are expected to operate as normal. If you experience any issues outside of the scheduled maintenance hours, please contact Spokane IT. They will be available to address any concerns and issues.
Affected groups: All WSU users.
Duration: 4 hours each night.
To ensure the success of this maintenance, there will be a hold on all non-critical network-related changes beginning March 6th to prevent any unexpected issues during the maintenance window.
