Work in My Tasks
My Tasks is where you can find all the to-dos (or Tasks in Asana) that are assigned to you. Change your view to a List, Board, Timeline or Calendar. If you’re using Asana to manage your individual work, My Tasks is a great place to start. Learn more.

Your Inbox
Find updates on work that you’re a part of, such as when new Tasks are added to a Project or a team member (Collaborator) posts an update on a Task that you follow.
Manage your notifications in a way that best suits your personal work style!

Create Projects
Projects let you organize your Tasks in a way that makes sense for your Project goal and provides a way to bring in other Collaborators. Get started with a Blank project, or use Asana templates to get a jump on organizing. Asana Project Basics.

Project Views
Change your view of any project from List to Board, Timeline, or Calendar—whatever makes the most sense for your project, and how you’re interacting with it! View Basics.

Asana has a robust Search tool to quickly find Tasks and Projects. (Trust us, it’s worth being best friends with the search bar instead of relying on your brain to remember where everything lives!)
