Get Started
- Log in to Colleagues and navigate to the left hand menu to access the Student Affairs drop down.
- Click on the Leave of Absence link.
Create Leave of Absence
Edit Leave of Absence
Create Leave of Absence
- Click the blue Add Leave of Absence button
- Fill out the Leave of Absence form adding all required fields which will be marked with a red asterisk. Once you have added all relevant information click the green Save and edit this item button.
Edit Leave of Absence
- Use the search bar or scroll to find the Learner’s LOA you would like to edit.
- Click the edit button located under the Action header on the right-hand side of the Learner row.
- Update any relevant information and click the green Save and edit this item button to save your changes.
