Wi-Fi Down? Now what?
We work with our Campus IT counterparts to identify issues and improve our connectivity on the Spokane campus. Occasionally, there are times when we have interruptions and outages. Our team’s outage response plan kicks into gear immediately upon discovery of an outage.
Here’s what you can do to report an outage and help us get you reconnected as quickly as possible!

Hotspot Delivery
We’ll deliver a hotspot so you can keep learning, teaching, and working! Once you receive the hotspot:
- Scan the QR code to join the network.
-
Quick press the hotspot Power button and read the Network Name and Password. If you are on a different screen, touch the Home button to return to the Main screen to read the Name and Password.
Updates and Information
During unexpected outages, we will post status updates every hour in our Slack channels.
Sign up to receive alerts about critical WSU outages. Choose text alerts, email alerts, or both. Please note that if we experience a network outage, email alerts will be down.
I Am Remote
If you experience connectivity issues while remote, follow these instructions to determine where the issue might be.
Test Your Local Network
