Troubleshooting Tips
- Clear your internet browser’s cookies/cache. This tip works best because you need to sign in with your WSU credentials to access the library, and sometimes your stored cookies cause an error.
- Clear your cache in: Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- Try using a different internet browser. Some internet browsers work better for accessing library resources than others. If you have consistent issues, try a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome!).
- Access the library resource using libguide or the VPN. The ESFCOM libguide includes special links to eBooks and research databases that allow access both on and off campus. The GlobalProtect VPN also allows you to access library resources from off campus.
