You are required to update your WSU password every six months, but sometimes that causes problems. Follow these instructions to clear saved passwords on your iPad or Mac .

- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down to Passwords & Accounts. Tap Websites and app passwords.
- Find the password you’d like to delete. Tap to see details, or swipe an item to the left to delete.
Mac
- Use the Finder to search for Keychain Access or hold down Cmd + F to open the Finder search. Then, type Keychain Access in the Search bar.
- Click on Keychain Access.
- Find the password, right-click, and select Delete. Sometimes there will be multiple entries to clear.
