Working
If you are working remotely:
- Connect to the GlobalProtect VPN client using your WSU credentials.
- Contact us if you run in to any issues.
Here is everything you need to know about Global Protect VPN!
- Occasionally, the authentication process for GlobalProtect will get stuck in a loop, most commonly caused by the browser already being open and the previous session being cached. To avoid this issue, make sure all web browsers are closed when GlobalProtect is launched. This ensures a fresh window/session is created, so the token can pass between your machine and the VPN gateway. If that fails, rebooting should also solve the problem.
- If it doesn’t, please contact us.
