Convert a PowerPoint (PPT) to PDF

- Open the PowerPoint presentation.
- Select the File tab.
- Scroll down and select Export.
- Set the file format as PDF .
iPad
- If file is downloaded on iPad, select the downloaded file.
- Tap the sharrow icon
in the top right corner. - Choose Keynote.
- Once file is open, select the More tab (…) in top right corner.
- Export as PDF (select the options if you want the comments included or not).
- Save to Files.
Import a PDF
- Select the Insert tab on OneNote.
- Tap on the page where you would like to insert the PDF .
- Select the PDF button in the toolbar.
- Choose the file that you would like to import.
Change the Background of Your Paper
- Select the View tab in the top bar.
- Then tap Paper Style.
- Choose your preferred background.
The background can be changed at any point and will not disrupt your notes.
