Asana Pulse Check: April 2022

Asana is spreading like wildfire around the College of Medicine. We are finding new ways to engage with the tool, and there is no sign that will slow down any time soon. Check out the stats above: It is clear that our Asana user base is growing rapidly. Let’s take a closer look at those numbers to help us understand how we are doing with Asana.

96 New Members

This growth is amazing and exciting. More members means greater adoption of the tool, which in turn means we are able collaborate efficiently within our teams!

27 New Teams

Adding teams means that we can collaborate more closely across the college, using Asana to capture the work. This leads to:

    • more accountability,
    • potentially less time spent in meetings, and
    • a way to go back and see the history of the work we do here at the college.

415 New Projects

This number signifies that we are both adding more users, and our users are engaging with the tool and tracking their meaningful work in projects!

16,939 New Tasks

We are not only tracking high-level projects in Asana—we are using tasks to track our progress and help our teams and colleagues relate their day-to-day work to bigger initiatives.
