Deck the halls with boughs of downtime!

The holiday cheer is in full swing, and our team at the Office of Technology is trading in keyboards for jingle bells and mouse pads for snowflakes. Starting December 16, we’re temporarily putting the “tech” in “technically on a break” until we resurface on January 2.

While we’re off sipping cocoa by the fireplace and enjoying the merry mayhem of the season, we appreciate your understanding. Our gadgets and gizmos need a bit of hibernation, and you do, too!

Wishing you all a Winter Break filled with joy, laughter, and maybe even a bit of eggnog-induced troubleshooting.

For urgent requests, please call the MedTech help line at 509 368-6848. Otherwise, we will begin addressing email/Slack requests on the next reduced or normal support day.
