I reviewed this in the orientation session yesterday—here’s  a reminder for reference.

Step 1
Get right to the heart of the matter—let us know what the problem is and if you’ve done anything already to try to fix it.
Step 2
We’ll let you know we’re on it, and we’ll ask follow-up questions if needed!
Step 3
Let us know if that solves your problem; if not, we’ll keep working to figure it out!
